Central gets served
On, Sept. 14, the girls varsity volleyball team faced St. Dominic High School, St. Dominic got the better of Central and lost 2-1. The final deciding score was 19-25. This game marked the halfway point in the season. They have won 7-6 all games played so far.
St. Dominic High School played a strong offense and blocked often, pushing our team to try and try but to no avail.
Senior Eva Mich was a disappointed with how she performed during the game.
“I know for myself I could have been better on defense and blocked better, and our passing wasn’t as good as good as it could have been,” Mich said.
