The freshmen boys basketball team defeated Howell North on Thursday, Feb. 9 in the GAC championship game at Fort Zumwalt West. The final score was 45-32.

The boys went into the tournament hoping to keep the winning streak of three games, from last year, alive.

“It was nice to pull out a win and keep the GAC freshmen tournament streak alive. We had an amazing group of players and I couldn’t ask for a better team,” freshman Sam Newton said.
