Fighting with Fetsch
On Sept. 15, Spartan Nation fought for Mrs. Fetsch. Though the Spartans lost with a score of 61-38 to the Troy Trojans. The majority of the stands were covered in orange everything from orange shirts to orange socks. Even though the Spartans stayed positive and pushed through until the end. They did make a comeback in the fourth quarter.
During practice the team reviews plays from the previous game. They look for their weaknesses and figure out how to close in the gap in many of their plays.
“We played a good game just came out a little flat. We have been working on doing our simple steps and working on focusing up and watching the film after practice every day,” right end senior Sam Lindsey said.
