In a very tough and stressful first match, the Spartan hockey team had high hopes for this season, hoping to have a better season than the year prior. Naturally, the team was determined to have a good game against Zumwalt West’s hockey squad. Though that was not the reality, our hockey squad had lost the game 7-0.

“It was a bad game, we all would admit,” said sophomore Tyler Bradley, “but we will come back stronger and harder by training more carefully and improving our chemistry.”

The hockey team is hoping for more success during their very vigorous, but short season, and are not expecting these kind of results again.
